When I was 17, I went to The Old Queen's Head in King's Cross and met the wonderful Ben and Stephen from The Folkroom. They gave me an incredible confidence in making music.

I gave up playing football for Long Lane JFC, stopped worrying so much about my A Levels and started gigging all around London. Without this EP I wouldn't have met amazing musicians like Patch And The Giant, Sophie Jamieson, Andrew Butler and The Worry Dolls. I wouldn't have got to travel round the country playing songs either.

This EP was written by Lucy Cait and recorded by Ben Walker in his bedroom in Archway.
